Teachers apply the three primary skills that are included in managerial skills: conceptual skills, human skills, and technical skills. Teachers possess strong conceptual skills, enabling them to think critically and develop solutions to complex problems. They have the ability to visualize abstract situations and turn those ideas into practical actions. Human skills are equally important, as teachers must relate well with people. They interact not only with students but also with colleagues and parents. Their ability to communicate effectively allows them to pass on knowledge, motivate students, and serve as role models. Like managers who lead, inspire, and motivate employees, teachers lead, inspire, and motivate students.
